Academy prepares lawyers, jurists, experts, criminalists. Also staff of Academy is engaged in researches. Such research projects as identifying people by their voices and diagnostics of functional state by oral speech are implemented. Many forensic examinations were made here. Staff uses - hardware - IBM-compatible personal computers with boards for acquisition and playback audio and video, Local Area Network - software - programs for acquisition, playback, processing and analysis audio and video - operating systems - MS DOS 6.22, MS Windows 3.11 & 95
